Ksenia’s Bridal Booking Process

Here’s what you can expect:

Please submit an inquiry form through our website — the more details you provide, the better
If your requested date is available, a non-refundable deposit of $200 + GST is required to secure your booking
When you’re ready to proceed, let us know and we’ll send you a payment link
Once the deposit is received, a calendar invite will be sent for your wedding day with all confirmed details
Not all details are required right away — we’re happy to update the booking as plans evolve

 

Bridal Trials

Bridal trials are highly recommended for weddings, engagement photos, bridal showers, or other special occasions
Trial services are invoiced after completion
If a deposit was paid to secure the wedding date and the client is not satisfied with the trial, the client has up to seven (7) days following the trial appointment to cancel the wedding booking. In this case, the deposit will be applied toward the trial payment and the wedding agreement will be cancelled

 

Leading Up to the Wedding

Final details are requested a few weeks prior to the wedding day
A detailed service timeline will be created and shared once final numbers are confirmed
Please note that minimum spend requirements apply from May through September if service numbers change
A final invoice will be sent one week prior to the wedding date
Payment is due within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice
The deposit will be deducted from the final balance
If you would like the invoice split between multiple parties, please provide names and email addresses at least two weeks prior to the wedding
