Our Bridal Booking Process

Here’s how booking with Ksenia works:

• Please submit an inquiry form through our website — the more details you provide, the better
• If your requested date is available, a non-refundable deposit of $200 + GST is required to secure your booking
• When you’re ready to proceed, let us know and we’ll send you a payment link

• Once the deposit is received, a calendar invite will be sent for your wedding day with all confirmed details
• Not all details are required right away — we’re happy to update the booking as plans evolve

• Bridal trials are recommended for special occasions, engagement photos, or bridal showers
• Trial services are invoiced after completion
• If a deposit was paid to secure the wedding date and the client is not satisfied during or immediately following the trial, cancellation is an option
• In this case, the $210 deposit will be applied toward the trial invoice and wedding-day services will be suspended

• Final details are requested a few weeks prior to the wedding day
• A detailed service timeline will be created and shared once final numbers are confirmed
• Please note that minimum spend requirements apply from May through September if service numbers change

• A final invoice will be sent one week prior to the wedding date
• Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice
• The deposit will be deducted from the final balance
• If you’d like the invoice split between multiple parties, please provide names and email addresses at least two weeks prior to the wedding
