The Process

 

Here’s how booking with us works!

  1. Please submit a completed inquiry form on our website - the more details, the better!
     

  2. If the day you’re inquiring about is available, please send a non-refundable deposit of $210 ($200 + GST) via e-transfer to hello@artistrybyksenia.com to secure your date.
     

  3. Once we receive the deposit, we will send through a calendar invite for your special day with all of the details you have provided us with. You may not know everything right away (not a worry) - we will add the info in as it comes!
     

  4. Book your trial for a special occasions event, engagement photos or bridal shower!
    If the deposit has been paid to secure the date but the client was not satisfied with the trial appointment during or immediately after, canceling is an option. In that case, the $210 deposit will be subtracted from the trial payment and the agreement for the wedding day will be suspended.

     

  5. Please provide us with final details a few weeks before your special day. We will create and provide a timeline for you for the services required. Please note that if the number of services that were initially agreed upon changes within the two week period leading up to the special day (i.e. removal of service), we may charge an additional fee due to loss of business. 

 

  1. We will send an invoice the day after the wedding. The client has 7 days to pay via e-transfer, cash or credit card. Please note that the deposit will go towards the services on the day of the actual event.
